I absolutely love the European Wax Center! In the past, I tried waxing myself, but it was quite painful, and I wasn’t very good at it. After hearing so many positive reviews about EWC, I decided to book an appointment with Alaysia. She is incredibly sweet, professional, efficient, and excellent at her job. I scheduled a Brazilian wax and was pleasantly surprised at how painless it was. There are a couple of sensitive areas during the Brazilian waxing process, but the discomfort only lasts for a few seconds because they apply pressure immediately after the wax is removed. I just love the results! Even when my hair grows back, it is so much thinner than it used to be before I started waxing. Booked an appointment to get my eyebrows done. It was my first time at this EWC location. I had my eyebrows done by Noelle. She is polite, listened to my concerns, and most importantly understood what I wanted and executed it to perfection. Extremely satisfied with my appointment. Will definitely be booking with her again.

Brenda is great! She is quick, efficient, and super friendly and makes you feel really comfortable off the bat. I go in for full legs and Brazilian. Kind of a first timer, I’ve only gone twice so far since I’ve always had a fear of waxing, but my experience with her has calmed all those fears and it’s actually not bad at all! Will definitely be going back

Paisley is always so pleasant, remembers things about you, and for most people, most importantly- great at her job. Fast, less painful and leaves no hairs. Shes awesome and I’d always recommend her for a bikini or Brazilian.

I had not so great experiences at another Ewc location, switching to Castro valley EWC and meeting Rosa has been absolutely amazing. I feel comfortable knowing I’m in good hands when I come in for a wax. She is amazing !
