L'Image Salon and Spa

I went for the first time today and had a great experience! T is so nice and friendly and does an amazing job! The spa pedicure was so relaxing and my nails lookin great!

Jessica is the best hairstylist I have ever been to. I have thick shoulder length wavy\almost curly hair that I have always struggled to control. She has consistently tamed it and given me a cut that makes it more manageable and flattering. I appreciate that she listens to what I want and what issues I am experiencing with my hair. And she is so incredibly nice. I cannot say enough good things about Jessica and this salon.

I go to salon L'image for my nail tech whom I've had since 2003, Tee!! She is excellent in customer service, responsiveness and is unmatched in her ability to do silk wrap! It is my preferred service for natural nails that are strong and beautiful. Tee is excellent at shaping perfecting the ballerina nail style and she is patient for customers who are particular like me! My first visit to the salon I was greeted by the owner who is very friendly, courteous and the other staff checked on me and offered refreshments as well. I highly recommend my nail tech and L'image salon and look forward to trying other services there in the near future!

I called the morning of my appointment as a new customer and I was given an appointment time, which was awesome. My stylist was Scham who was very nice to talk to as she cut my hair. I told her exactly what I wanted, which is not the most complex cut, and she delivered perfectly. I am very happy with my cut! My shampoo was also very pleasant. I thought that the price was a bit high at $57 dollars but I am mostly baffled that they don't let you add a tip to the charge when using your card. I was told that they expect customers to tip their stylists in cash, which I do not carry. That was a letdown after an otherwise good experience.

I used to go to a different salon for more than 2 years where T used to work and I followed her to the new place L’image. I trust T so much and I believe she is one of the best that can treat nails as well as making them look beautiful. She is the best and I am so happy I met her.
