Lily’s Nails and Wax

Ive been a customer for over 20 yrs. now. Lily and Lisa have been one of the best manicurist Ive known and I am a Cosmetologist. Their customer service, characters, personalities have been great. Since the new nail tech, by the name of Nina, who is very argumentative, combative, aggressive and confrontational to long time customers. I say this because I have witnessed this behavior to others. I believe she has taken over. I would continue to go there but this woman is not nice at all. There is always an end to a period but this business will loss many faithful customers. Nina was yelling at manicurist Lisa in front of customers. This isnt the first time since Lilys been gone. I feel bad for Lisa.

There’s really no need to make an appointment in this place because they will always have you waiting 20-30mins minimum they don’t respect appointments. Today I went in for removal of acrylics and a new set lily the owner started by clipping off the acrylic with cuticle cutters & after I told her it was hurting that if she can soak them off instead she said “ oh no soaking takes too long this is better” next thing you know she cut off my real nail & it started bleeding from how rough she was doing it & all she said was “oops” after I had told her repeatedly that it was hurting she didn’t care. I definitely would not recommend this place don’t let the low prices fool you the price is cheap for a reason.

I've been to my same Nail place since High School. Moved and found this little gem!! Everyone is so kind and warm conversations. My eyebrows were waxed amazingly!

I've been going here for 5 years, yes it's always busy yes there's wait times that's why you call a week or 3 days before to ASSURE an apointment. These ladies take their time on every single client. I always hear my friends say "I go here they're fast no wait time" a week later their nails are off. These nails ALWAYS last over three weeks, each customer will experience about an hour or more while getting their nails done because they do amazing work. Lilly is my favorite she's nice kind and asks about your day, I'm sure the rest as well. They are busy for a reason, it's an amazing nail salon.
