The clerks and nail techs attitudes were very rude. My nail tech seemed like she didn’t want to be there. My nails are wavy, have bubbles, and parts of my nail just don’t have polish. My cuticles are torn up aswell.

I have been giving this nail salon repeat business for over a year and have witnessed how downhill they have gone. Yesterday, I had to go back there to fix 5 nails that had chipped after I got a fill gel manicure on this past Monday. When I walked in to get them fixed, the owner yelled at me and told me I was a terrible customer and tried to charged me extra money to fix chipped paint that happened just a few days after I got the manicure. After she realized she was being irrational, she reluctantly fixed them at no charge. As she sat there fixing them, she angrily told me I’m a terrible person and a terrible customer!! She also said that it’s my own nails fault for getting chipped! What the hell! This was yesterday, today 2 fingers have chipped again. See photos! I would highly advise you

I used to be a regular at Lily’s, disappointed to say I won’t be back after today’s experience. I asked for Builder Gel and got a lecture about it being difficult to take off, taking too long and costing $75 (I usually pay $50-$60 for this service). I settled on Dip ($50) and the tech repeatedly filed the skin around my nails and used her sharp nails to scrape the product off my skin and out from under my nails . I winced and pulled my hands away several times and was repeatedly told to “relax”. I’d asked for a ‘dip manicure’ and expected something to be done to trim or shape my cuticles and aside from some cuticle oil absolutely nothing was done. I’ve just left with red finger tips, sore fingers as well as super thick product on my nails. I won’t be back and don’t recommend.

Nail tech was nice but I feel she was not in the mood to work today or something because she did a very mediocre job on my nails. 1 - gel nail polish has bubbles and is not painted down to the edge and sides of the nail 2- old nail polish was left on edges of nails 3- asked to get my nails cut down shorter, she said no and just filled them 4- cuticles where not pushed just cut and she cut too deep and made me bleed 5- I have dry gel polish on my finger tips 6- gel polish was not drying properly with the UV light so it looks all busted plus I had to keep putting my hands under the lamp a bunch of times.

An hour of my life I will never get back…. I called 40 mins before and was given the time 6:30 for acrylic removal and a gel polish change. I got there at 6:30 on the dot as I waited in my car once I got there. I was made to wait about 15 mins while everyone was working with someone else. Totally fine.. I get that schedules get crazy. However, I could have been starting soak off process to save us BOTH time. Finally someone saw me and started to take my gel off - then at 7ish someone walked in for a pedi/gel mani and also needed their gel nails soaked off…. My lady jumped to start and FINISH her entire pedicure while another lady (once free) jumped in to soak off and do her gel manicure. All while I’m still sitting there soaking… by the time my lady came back over to me, it was 7:27… Wh
