Read the reviews-this place is absolutely awful! I just had the most terrible experience at Lily's Nail Salon! I was getting a gel manicure and the technician made me bleed, which, granted can sometimes happen. She dabbed some random green liquid onto the cut. I politely asked her what it was, because I wanted to know what was going into my bloodstream. She told me it's "Nothing". I asked her again to please tell me what the name is and she said "No". She pointed to a different liquid she was using and said "This is alcohol". I said "Ok, but can you please tell me the name of this?" She then blew up at me and YELLED (!!!) "NO!!". The woman next to me was horrified just as much as I was. When I didn't tip after, I was given attitude. I told the woman that I don't want to tip my technician b

Horrible. In the salon for an hour, They did my nails Crooked, and when I asked if they could reshape them to something easier for them, they decided to take the woman next to me who said she had some place to be although she came in after me so left me sitting there while I also had someplace to be. I Had to leave the salon with my nails unfinished, looking terrible.

If you want to be YELLED at and BULLIED in to paying a tip, then this is the place for you. Tip is an option, not a demand. And she banned me from coming back because I wouldn’t tip. Wow talk about awful service!

If i could give this one star, I would. Demanded i tip even though someone else was treating me. When I said I cant, they wouldn't let me leave until I do so. This is absolutely disgusting behavior and I will not be going back. Tipping is an option, and if not, then include it in the price. Customer service so so awful. Please listen to me and find someplace else to go to.

Got burnt! Went for a waxing there now and a long time ago, when I couldn’t get an appointment with my regular private beautician who I’m so happy with. I like the idea that you can walk in at your own convenience without needing to call for an appointment! However, later on I had red burn spots on my skin that were so painful!! From the hot wax! I never had that before with my waxing at private beautician! And each visit was with different girls. When I mentioned the wax felt too hot she turned on a fan to cool it off. Nevertheless I once again found myself with red burn spots later on, and it was quite painful! I called on the phone to speak to manager, but she couldn’t understand what I was saying. Their English is limited. She said I need to go back and talk to her. I can’t take the t
