Lily's Hair & Nails

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Went it with reference picture as shown below for my son and got that ! NEARLY BALD.Also left no hair at the top to style and continually kept cutting off more and more hair overall leaving it nothing like I asked or showed.Wouldn't recommend for men haircuts very bad job.WOULD NEVER COME BACK !

I have been going there for over five years and never had a bad experience. I only get pedicures they are always done correctly and my feet are always smooth and pretty when I leave.I am always happy with my visits there.The ladies there are all nice. I had to update my review I went in there last week. I did not have an appointment , it was one person getting their feet done,one nails and one getting there haircut.She said let me finish haircut and your next ,so she soak my feet.I’m waiting another lady comes in and they start on her feet I didn’t say anything thinking she had an appointment.The other lady is finished with her pedicure and leaves.Im on my phone and I look up and ask the lady next to me did she have a appointment ,she says no.Two people are getting their haircut ,one nails

This place used to be good when they didn't have as many customers. Long wait time and horrible service make it no more attractive. I went there and waited for an hour without being asked why I'm there? The workers don't focus on their work instead they're busy discussing their stuff. Hair cuts are not welcomed because of their low price tags, so it's a waste of time and resources. Secondly, the workers are calling their customers and lines are not respected, first come first serve is not a rule here. Last, the quality of service is very low and you can get that service way cheaper and quicker in other places in proximity to the business.

The lady at Lilly's in Hayward who did my manicure was rough n my fingers while filing nails. She did not put an undercoat before putting gel and my nail color was showing. And nails looked 2 tone. She cut my nails too short too. And whole taking my payment she threw the card back on me. Right from the beginning she was rushing with me. When the pedicure lady was working on my toes, this lady wanted to do manicure on me from the side. I found this absurd. Another thing I noticed was that when a customer walks in they talk and laugh about them. I felt very uneasy here. Maybe that's why the place was empty as customers find them annoying.

Walked in without an appointment and me and my cousin got a pedicure / deluxe package, which is feet cleaned and waxed and gel pedicure and my cousin got a manicure right after. They are sweet ladies and gentle. I definitely recommend☺️
