Lily Nails

Granted I’ve been going here for some years and have been satisfied. I recently visited and yes my feet can be a challenge. However I NEVER low ball when asking for service and I tip well. Always $10+and services are always $100+ I’m also all for giving grace when people are having a “ BAD DAY” but to be basically yelled at when you’re asking questions about your service. Conversations should always be private especially when there’s challenges. Everybody isn’t as open! Thanks for your services but I will no longer be a customer due to the lack of communication skills. I WAS A PAYING Customer!. Van I’m very disappointed in your actions and this was the outcome of a one day job. 😩

I got my gel nails done here on Thursday, and by Saturday, I already noticed some issues. The application was uneven, with visible bumps and streaks on the surface. The polish was also too close to my cuticles in some areas, and even touched the skin, which may cause early lifting. One of my nails had a small speck or residue left behind, and the overall finish just felt rushed. While the staff was friendly, I expected a cleaner, more professional result—especially for a gel manicure that's supposed to last. Unfortunately, the quality didn’t meet my expectations this time.

I love Lily Nails. I do my nails here for about 3 years now! Great customer service and always beautiful colors for SNS or acrilic nails!

Service was horrible they have messages about God on the wall to cover their incompetence. A lady who didn’t speak English did my feet. She did not file me corn on my pinky toe. My nails on my big toe were jagged unfiled. She cut my cuticle on the side of my big toe leaving a gap and instead of them changing her out that start making excuses about my toe saying she was cutting an ingrown toe nail. I do not recommend at all! Run but by all means go somewhere else. My second visit I convinced a friend to give them another try..,they did a terrible job on her hands before and went too far with the nippers. I’m local and thought let me just try here! Nope I’m done and after reading others they are too. Not sure why the rating is a 4.5 it should be a 2.5 notice two separate lengths for my toes
