If you had asked me for a review a month ago, it would have been 5 stars. I was excited to have found a wig salon in network in my insurance. I drove over an hour to get there. They took all my insurance information, spoke to my doctor to make sure all the codes were correct on the prescription. I went there and Lillian showed me some gorgeous wigs. She was kind and very helpful. She also promised to fix an older one to make it wearable again. That’s where the good stops. A week later I called about my repair and get an update on the insurance. The woman who answered had no information except to say my repair was done. I drove back there the following week and asked again about the insurance. Lillian was not there. Since moving to the area in 2012, Lillian Lee Salon has been my only constant. Through the years, I’ve come to view Lillian as an extraordinarily skilled haircut / styler, empathetic listener, and true friend. Finding such a gem is rare and rarer still is the comfort achieved when visiting this salon, knowing you will always leave with a smile on your face and a gorgeous hairstyle. Lillian not only manages and runs the salon, but also founds an amazing charity in Do Wonders, assisting those who are fighting cancer to look and feel their best by providing a resource for styled wigs. I cannot recommend this team more.

The best place! I had my wig cut and styled by Lillian, she is such a sweetheart, so efficient and easy to work with, and did an excellent job! I am so happy with everything and I can't recommend her enough. I would give a million stars if I could!

warning: I was looking to buy a wig/topper. Lillian owner showed me different wigs but she didn't have the style that I was looking for. She said she was going to get a new style soon. Meanwhile, she convinced me to make a deposit towards the $1500 wig/topper. She convinced me by saying that if I wasn't satisfied, she would return all of my deposit.She charged my credit card $520 at that time. Six weeks later I went to see the wig topper that was supposedly more my style. It was not what I was expecting. So I requested to have my deposit back. she refused. She did not return my money for several months. I ended up contacting my credit card company and disputing the charge. finally credit card company returned some of my money.
