I have been coming here for 3-4 years and Yuki is the best. My dip powder application consistently stays on for weeks—basically, it only comes off when I come in for a new set.

Dont waste your money and go somewhere else. I was in search of a new spot nearby my job, this is not it. Got dip powdered on Thursday, cracked by Tuesday… on top of that, they didn’t even apologize for wasting my time and money. I went to get it corrected that was also a waste. The cuticle area was a mess and extremely bulky as if an amateur did them and the “correction” was even worse. Extremely disappointing.

WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! Sammi, a nail technician at this salon, used a nail drill to take off my gel nail polish and she took off so much of my nail bed that my nails were burning when I left and I cried so much. You can see the damage that has been done in the photos. If she had gone any further, I would not have any nails left. You can see the redness here. What happened to me is a threat to health and safety! I came back to complain after 30 minutes becuase I felt like there was acid and fire on my nails. Instead of being offered a refund or being spoken to kindly, Sammi treated me like trash. She was not appologetic and cursed me in her language. I called and spoke to the manager and she was nice on the phone and said that what Sammi did was wrong, but she did not offer to refu

I’m in the market for a new go to nail salon since my regular one closed so I came here. While the actual manicure and cleaning itself was great and I thought I had found my new place, I was very disappointed in the nail polish application. There weren’t enough clean lines and it looked like I had done it myself which defeats the purpose of the manicure. She was def in a rush by the end which I get since it was busy but I just wish a little more care had been taken. Response: I was a walk in client on a Friday so it could be why they were busy. As much as I appreciate the offer to come back in, I will decline but thank you so much for offering.

The customer service was awful. The female who did my nail and toes was disrespectful from the started. She spoke in the maniane language and called me cheap and made me pay before polishing nails. I observed several other customers pay after nails were completed at the end. Then she left me at the nail dryer, struggling with putting my shoes on. I ruined one of my nail too. She never checked back on me . One dissatisfied customer 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵😔😔
