Lightly Salted Spa

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely incredible experience at Lightly Salted. Sami gave me an Ayurvedic massage that, honestly, I have never experienced anything like in my life. I arrived with severe back pain and strong muscle spasms, and I left feeling completely relaxed and with significantly less pain. Her hands are simply incredible — she has a sensitivity and technique that truly make a difference. The place itself is beautiful and peaceful from the moment you walk in. It feels harmonious, welcoming, and very professional. I will definitely be coming back. If you’re looking for something truly transformative, this is the place. ✨

I came here after back-to-back-to-back disney races, culminating in a half marathon! I did the salt room and then had a facial by Gabi on the same day as my half marathon and it was so relaxing, the vibe was so lovely, and my legs and body feel so much better than they normally do after running a race! Highly recommend for a relaxing and restorative day!

We visited Lightly Salted for a much needed spa day! They offer a variety of holistic wellness services like salt therapy, infrared sauna, massages, facials, and more. We decided to try the salt and sauna package and it was so relaxing! I’ve never been in a salt room before but it has many benefits. Infrared sauna can help you detox your body and help with muscle aches and pain. We had so much fun at our session and can’t wait to go back to experience other services.

The person I spoke to on the phone when making the appointment, her name is Liz was friendly and so helpful. When we arrived, I believe her name was Gabby was such a sweet and helpful person, she offered us hot tea and water and made us feel right at home. The salt room was amazing ! So calming and beautiful, the ceiling with the star like lights are a great added touch. Comfortable chairs with an ottoman and a soft blanket made it even better. This was a gift for my sister's birthday, and she absolutely loved it. We also tried the infrared sauna which we very much liked, I have to say to eucalyptus cold towels in the little fridge are awesome! The whole environment is very clean and a very calming. We will definitely be back and recommend to friends and family.

I was gifted a certificate to try this spa and was so happy with every single aspect of my visit. From the welcome desk to the massage table, everything is warm and welcoming. I was especially thrilled with my therapist, Ester, who made sure to take the time to talk with me about the areas that are giving me trouble and was so happy I was laughing in pain when she was able to give me some relief in an area that no one has been able to reach in 4 years! AMAZING, wonderful humans whom you can really trust to treat you with care. 100 stars!
