After moving to Minnesota from Chicago, I found myself in need of new hair stylist. It was an adventure initially, until I gave a try with Heidi @Minnetonka Lifetime. I don’t need to look farther. Her skills are undeniable in coloring hair, cutting and technique. She is professional, her listening skills are fantastic, she is attentive, and friendly. Love her artistic approach, which makes my hair look phenomenal each time. Now, whenever I’m back, each appointment is a relaxing experience and I’m confident about the outcome. Thank you Heidi!

My Husband and I had AMAZING massages by Nina and custom facials by Marina. The facial was almost a religious experience! Marina thought of every detail and I left looking and feeling great. Nina had great, steady pressure and was very intuitive as far as when to ask for my feedback during the massage. And a special shout out to both Nina and Rochelle at the LifeSpa front desk. The massage therapist I was originally scheduled to see was out sick so Rochelle and Nina rearranged the schedule so that my Husband and I wouldn't have to cancel our massages. Rochelle had remembered when we spoke the day prior that I had mentioned how important it was due to our anniversary. She went above and beyond to make sure our day could go on without a hitch. My husband and I can't wait to go back!

This is one of the only LifeSpa locations I would visit because they have a sauna, steam room, whirlpool, and a clean changing room. I took out one point because years ago, the relaxing sitting/waiting area was bigger and more comfortable. Now it's smaller and I don't think both male and females can wait as a couple. Otherwise the location, experience, and massage therapist team is fabulous. Definitely go with a close set of girlfriends or for a guys day out. Worth every penny $100-150 per hour ( depending on which therapist)

My daughter, has gone to numerous LifeSpa locations for waxing. Most often she is left with redness, irritation and even a scar that scabbed over and lasted for more than a week. Today, she had a waxing service from Ben. She told him about her sensitive skin, he prepped the area with care, and this time she had no redness or irritation. He really listened, and cared about her experience. I would highly recommend Ben at Minnetonka LifeSpa. He's great!

Heidi gives top notch color and cuts. She brought me from blond to a warmer golden and I love it. Thrilled with my new haircut and experience.
