I visited Sarah based on a recommendation for help with abdominal muscle pain and spasms, and she’s been great. She has a deep understanding of anatomy and used targeted techniques that leave me informed and my body feeling better by the end.

Just one visit and you'll thank your lucky stars that you found Sarah! She is a phenomenal massage therapist with extraordinary knowledge of the body/anatomy/massage/healing. She is professional, friendly, and will put you at ease right away. My family has been regularly seeing her for neuromuscular massage and craniosacral therapy since 2020. I leave every time feeling like a 100 lbs has been lifted from my neck/shoulders/head/back. Regular visits with Sarah have reduced the frequency of my migraines and dizziness. She sees clients for a million different conditions/ailments and people love her! We drive a distance to see Sarah...and it's 100% worth it. She is AMAZING!

Sarah does a fantastic job, she’s helped with my EDS, throughout the aches and pains of pregnancy, and with built up scar tissue from a procedure. She is warm and friendly and I always feel better after a session with her. She has done wonders for my lower back and hips. I cannot recommend her enough!

Sarah has helped me get through years of back issues whether it is a kink in my neck, knots in my back, or overall tightness and soreness. She customizes her massages and works towards long-term resolution and relief, although I always get instant relief. I highly recommend Sarah, you won’t regret it!

Sarah is an amazing massage therapist! She is able to accommodate pressure levels during the massage. I typically like more pressure to dig into my stressors and she achieves results. Her space is quaint, great parking lot to the left of the building, and pricing is competitive! I will definitely be returning for another massage soon. Thank you Sarah!
