I had an amazing experience at the spa. The facility is clean, beautifully decorated, and creates a calming atmosphere the moment you walk in. The staff was pleasant, professional, and very welcoming. My deep tissue massage with Samantha was exactly what I needed for my recovery. She was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and detailed in her technique. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and ready to get back to my workouts. I was so impressed that I immediately booked another appointment for the following week, and I plan to make their services part of my regular weekly routine. Highly recommend!

Alma did such a great job, she really knows how to massage my tight knots in my traps, shoulder blades and neck down to my lower back. I will definitely go back to her again! She’s wonderful.

Martha was super kind and informative when trimming and styling my bangs. She fixed ones I did myself and I can finally wear them down again! Definitely coming back and with her. Also the salon is so beautiful and has its own bathroom which is convenient.

Life Time Fitness is a great addition to our community and exactly what Chula Vista needed. The facility is beautiful and well run. My personal trainer Tim has been excellent, and I had a much-needed massage with Samantha—both top notch experiences. Highly recommend!
