Michael is an AMAZING masseuse. He is intuitive, listens intently, and has so much training and skill. I felt really comfortable and relaxed at the appointment. And the massage gave me a lot of relief from tension. You should not sleep on this place!

Wow! What a hidden gem! The whole team at the Life Spa goes out of their way to make the experience a true luxury at an affordable price. Michael is the best message therapist I have had in a while. Very intentional, listened to my concerns, and addressed them. An unexpected perk is that you can use the gym facilities the day of your spa treatment so book early and often to enjoy world class therapists, stylists, and more!

A truly wonderful experience! Jamie is the best! I received the hydro facial, eyebrow wax + tint, and eyelash tint as a birthday gift — and I am so grateful I did!! Jamie has the magic touch! The next time I need ANY spa services, I will be booking an appointment with Jamie at LifeSpa. The spa itself is very nice — it is well maintained and clean. With a relaxing yet professional environment + kind and caring staff, it was very easy to just pop right in for the total spa vibe experience. Highly recommend!

I had an 80 minute with Michael T. Who was a first time provider for me. He was terrific, professional, intuitive and utilized techniques that gave me great relief. I would highly recommend you give him a try. His style is slightly less conventional but felt more integrative and was extremely therapeutic.
