I had the best hair experience of my life today with Kelli (not exaggerating)!! In the past, I’ve always had a hard time pin pointing exactly what it is I don’t like about the highlights and cut I get. Which makes it really hard to explain what I want when I see a stylist. I hate feeling like I’m being annoying by walking in not knowing what I want, so I usually just go with whatever the stylist says. Kelli took so much care and time in listening to my ramblings and did not proceed until she was 100% sure what i wanted. She even brought out hair samples from the color book and took me through it until we landed on something I was confident with. I didn’t even know highlights came in varying shades. From the moment I walked into Life Spa in Cedar Park I felt completely taken care of. I had a musculoskeletal massage with Jeffrey that was so comprehensive and in depth. Clearly he has much knowledge and experience- at at the end I felt transformed and excited to keep working together on my pain challenges. Courtney was my esthetician and I received a fantastic hydrotherapy facial from her. She is a good listener and great at assessing my skin care needs. She was gentle and soothing during the session and I left glowing. I highly recommend both of these people when booking services.

Came here to get my nails done and unfortunately had a pretty bad experience. I’m new to lifetime so I came to redeem my $50 voucher. I initially came in wanting a dip manicure with French tips and chrome but I changed my mind once I saw how shaky the nail tech’s hands were. She was removing my dip manicure from before and nearly slipped and drilled my skin multiple times. I decided to get white dip polish with chrome and she helped me pick out the color/chrome which was nice. When applying the dip she got it all over my finger and cuticles, not just on the nail making the manicure look very sloppy. Bad and unwelcoming experience for a “complimentary mini facial.” I scheduled for 12:45 pm and I came in 15 minutes early out of respect and timeliness. I waited and waited… after 1 PM, still no one came. I asked the front desk and they knocked on Courtney’s door and told her that she had a client waiting outside. Well she currently had another client there and they told me I could wait another 10-15 minutes. It’s already 20 + minutes past my appointment and they really told me to wait another 10-15 minutes… after 35 minutes past my appointment, I finally go into Courtney’s room. She was not at all apologetic about being 35 minutes late and her attitude was overall very unwelcoming. She told me that this booked session is just a skin consultation and nothing more. My first time getting a facial and it was the best experience ever and I truly believe it was because of my esthetician, Courtney-Rae. She was very thorough, asking me all the questions I didn’t even think about when it comes to skin, giving me lots of details on my treatment, and just overall spoiling me. I never thought I was a spa girl until this experience. Go see Courtney!
