Ashley provided me great relief with my pinched shoulder nerve. She was very knowledgeable, took the time to ask questions and understand my pain points, and even sent me home with some tips for posture and stretches to do for pain relief. I've seen Ally before for "just because" massages which were all wonderful, but this was the first time I came for a health reason. I've been in PT for awhile, and wanted to see if she could have an impact on my situation. She very gently but thoroughly released the fascia in my left shoulder area and there was an immediate (and lasting!) result. I'll be seeing her on a regular basis for some time to try and make more headway and am very hopeful for the first time in a long time.

Allison is fantastic! Everything she does is done with intention based on your specific need and area(s) of tension. She's professional yet very friendly and well educated in the body. It's not your run of the mill massage. She takes the time to talk to you about what you're experiencing and was helpful afterwards on how to improve my posture.
