Over the years, I've tried numerous hair salons, and not one of them compares to the high quality of service, professionalism, and personality than Libase Salon. I have been with Naz for 15 plus years. I just love how incredibly knowledgeable she is when it comes to servicing all types of hair. Her commitment to her clients are like no other. I was disappointed with my recent appointment. When I arrived, the door was locked even though I had a scheduled time. The appointment itself took much longer than expected. On top of that, more than half of my nails cracked— which has never happened to me before. I was really hoping for a better experience.

Avoid this place. The owner Naz is extremely rude and unprofessional. As a Christmas gift, I wanted to get my mom a nice manicure/pedicure experience so I booked an appointment through the Vagaro app a full day in advance. The appointment instructions said to arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in; we got there 20 minutes early. After waiting in their lobby area for 5 minutes without being acknowledged, I went to the back where the hair salon is. I see Naz, I say "excuse me, my mother has a nail appoint-" ...before I could finish my sentence, she cut me off and said "no you don't, you made a mistake, you must have made the appointment with the nail place across the street. The new building that Libase Salon and Spa has moved into is absolutely gorgeous! The owner, Naz, is very experienced and has given very thorough detailed highlighting jobs to me for years now. Her consultations if you want a new style or color are very thorough. I never feel rushed. The upstairs nail salon area is beautiful and soothing. Definitely give this place a try!
