I’ve taken 2 of my children here to get their hair done. My son back was soaking wet from the wash bcuz of the black lady who was doing the braids wasn’t paying attention. She was so rough. My daughter went for a doobie & the back of her hair was cut. Long short story we went back across the street to Maribel’s & both their hair has been flourishing!

Went for a blow dry and hair cut, while the woman who did my hair was very nice and did a good job with the cut. I’m pretty sure some sort of chemical was put in my hair based on the odor the next day after getting caught in the rain and the fact that my hair NO LONGER CURLS. I did not okay any straightening chemical to be put in my hair and it was have been during the shampoo and conditioning.. my hair is screwed up now and has this horribly weird stringy, wavy pattern and still stinks like chemicals. I was charged $78 including a $10 tip

I can honestly say she’s amazing at what she does. She’s always so nice, professional, and accommodating — even when my schedule is tricky. I always leave her chair feeling satisfied and loving my hair. Her work is consistently great, and I truly appreciate the care she puts into every appointment. Highly recommend!

Been going here for a natural hair blow dry since 2017. No complaints with that. Some of the stylists are great at giving me a silk press. I used to go every three months or something back when I went to Rutgers. And they never trimmed off too much as I love having long hair. After years of contemplating, because I’ve never gotten a haircut outside of a trim I decided to get face framing pieces. I showed the stylist the picture once, before the hair wash and when it came of cutting I was suprised when she didn’t want to see it again. It wasn’t a difficult haircut, it was run of the mill. So I let her be. She brought all the hair in front of my ears in front of my face and did a BLUNT CUT ACROSS. I was trying to trust the process but I left with the front of my hair 5in shorter than the ba

Me and my daughter came loved it. We both got cuts and blow outs. Reasonable priced and the owner is very nice. We will see you next month. Thank you
