True Cuts at George

I went Sunday night for a haircut. My first time visiting this spot. Salead is an incredible barber. He didn’t just give me a haircut, he gave me real consultation, explained what would look best for my face shape, and delivered one of the cleanest cuts I’ve ever had. Super professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about his clients. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a next-level barber experience!

David Salead is an excellent barber. He takes the time to walk you through the haircut as he works, ensuring you get exactly what you want. I highly recommend him if you live in Middlesex County, are a Rutgers–New Brunswick student, or work as a physician at the medical center. He is professional, welcoming, and provides an overall outstanding experience.

Jose is an excellent barber - skilled, consistent, and always provides great customer service. He takes his time to make sure every cut is just right. I’ve been really happy with his work and will definitely keep going to him.

No respect for your time. I booked a 2:45 appointment for any staff member b/c I was new and didn't know any of the barbers. Got there and they said that barber the scheduling system paired me with no longer works there. There were two gentlemen there and they basically said they were booked for the rest of the day. What a waiste of my time. Didn't even offer to fit me in after I drove from out of town. You guys couldn't tell me that you couldn't accomodate me ahead of time? Smh Not sure how to send u a direct message but I had a 2:45 appointment on 1/2/26 so u should have my info. Hmu

Absolutely unacceptable. I scheduled my haircut, drove 25 minutes, paid for parking—only to arrive and find a sign on the door saying they were closed. No call, no text, no email. Nothing. Just a locked door and wasted time. I figured I’d try the other location—also closed. Again, zero communication. This is not how you run a business. If you can’t respect people’s time or even bother to notify them of a closure, you have no business taking appointments in the first place. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.
