I have been a client of Lexus for the last 6 months. Everything was going amazing until recently, when the loyalty cards came about. I got one of course because I get a fill every 3 weeks, well I got. Last fill which was a tuesday, I forgot to get my card out of my wallet and have it initialed when I realized I then messaged Lexus and got no response. 4 days later I messaged again and was told that you only get credit for the fill when you bring the card to the appointment, like a coupon. However, nowhere on the card does it state that. Also the response that I got was not very professional. I was very very happy going here, now I'm going to find somewhere else unfortunately.
