Lexi Nails

What I wanted VS what I got! shape on any fingers is not the right shape I wanted stiletto they gave me almond. I asked repeatedly for them to be sharper but did not do, they are mishaps and not straight. I made an appointment for a new set but went with a fill., the color is not right as it is too light. The crosses are small and with no effort at all. I have come in before and have had better results my nails were for my wedding on Monday and now I have to pay even more money to have this fixed before my wedding. I hate my nails and am far from happy! My pedicure was amazing my nails awful!

I've been going here for almost 5 years and have never been disappointed. Usually busy which reflects their work. Worth the wait. Love my full sets when I choose to be girly and the pedicures are so relaxing.

Recently I had a hip replacement so flexibility is not 100%. I have been here on previous occasions and have always been pleased with the service. For men, this is where you want to go if you need a pedicure.

Typically when I go to Lexi Nails I have no issues but today I went in to get my acrylic nails taken off and based off this visit, I probably will not be returning. I called at 2:13 and asked if they had time to remove my nails to which the lady responded they could do it at 3:30. I got there and it was packed. The man asked me what I needed and I told him I had called earlier to confirm they had time to remove my nails and how the lady told me I could come at 3:30. He told me it’d just be a minute and about 10-15 minutes later he finally got to me. When he got to me he didn’t soak my nails or anything. He just started to pick at them and remove them with an acrylic tip. While doing so, he made three of my nails bleed as they were ripped from my nail bed because of how fast and careless

I called, asked if they could do 2 Pedi and 2 fills. We ended up not getting our feet done because they "forgot" even tho we said when we walked in. She rushed both our nails. Then tried to charge more for my nails being long and they were long when I walked in. Still left black nail polish on my nails from my last set.
