This was my first time ever hearing of this place & coming after seeing it on tiktok, I had a bad experience at a Dominican salon before so i was a little nervous, i was greeted as soon as i walked in, they were transparent about pricing so it wasn’t a surprise when i was charged more for the length of my hair, everybody was nice & welcoming customer service is so important & they were great at it ! the lady who washed my hair took her time and got every inch of my scalp it was so relaxing & Esther who did my silk press was so good !! she blow dried my hair so good i almost wanted to leave out without getting the flat iron lol she only had to do one pass w the flat irons and she used heat protector . I’ve been coming to Lexi Hair Salon Dominican Style for three years, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t trust anyone with my hair except Laura. She is amazing! Every single visit, she knows exactly what my hair needs and always gets me together perfectly. The salon itself has made so many upgrades everything looks beautiful and modern now, and the atmosphere feels so welcoming. The service is always fast, professional, and consistent. Laura and the team truly deserve 5 stars. If you want great hair, great service, and a place that keeps getting better, this is it!

This place did so good on my hair!! The workers were so kind, and very fast with washing, blow drying, and straightening it. my silk press lasted around 2 weeks!! After i washed my hair my natural hair looked so healthy!!! So i wanted to give all these workers a big thanks😊

I wish there was a way to put 0 stars. I have NEVER straightened my hair or got a silk press. I trusted this place. I genuinely wish I could go back in time I am SOO upset I have no words. My curls are completely ruined. THEY WILL NOT COME BACK! I have washed my hair 7 times, I have deep conditioned, I have shampooed more times than I can ever imagine, and my curls are pin straight. I have extremely healthy 3c hair and it looks like I naturally just have beach wavy hair! I couldn’t be more upset. I believe there is relaxers in their shampoo and conditioner because for me to not have any heat damage at all to having pin straight hair from a one time straighten.. that’s not right. Responding to the owner.. My appointment was under my mom’s name. I’m a teenager and all my information is true
