Victoria is great! She listens to what you want done, directs you to different options if the 'style' you want won't work for your hair type and thickness. She does a great job for both my husband, and me!

Sheila did a fabulous cut! I was a nervous wreck over cutting my shoulder length hair and she made it look great. I’m loving my short hair!

They allow walk-ins. They are friendly and speak and acknowledge when you walk in. They ask if you signed up for an appointment online, but I did not. They ask for your address for coupons which I declined. The girl that did my hair had very long gorgeous purple dreads. We had great conversation, and she did an awesome job! My hair feels like it came back to life again. She recommended a great length and listened to what I was wanting, learned it was "subtle layers". They had quite the full lobby waiting next when I was on my way out. I will be back. I didn't even know the business was over there. Cute they offer HK hairbrushes too. She was kind, and told me when to put my head up or down, and wanted the haircut to be even, when to take off my glasses, and where my natural part is I wear.

Been to this location a few times the past few years. Most stylists don't follow direction or care enough to make a cut even. i always notice too late, someone else always points it out. Next time I think I'll spend double the money with a stylist who actually cares about their work. I kept going back because at least everyone is friendly here. So because of the friendlyness it's 3 stars. Otherwise would be lower. Lost customer due to repeat bad haircuts over a span of a few years. That I remember Ciara is the only one who made me leave happy. She's solid at least. 5⭐ for her.
