This is not to rate the service. Or hair cut. This is for the appointment scheduling. Why are u forcing me to a tip on scheduling?! U need to change that system. I am a new customer and I tip based on my satisfaction. Forcing a tip on scheduling menu of an appointment made me back out. Even with all ur good reviews. It’s an advise, I am new in town I was interested by the good reviews and was about to schedule… but stopped and started looking for another place.

Appointments are made for a reason and should be enforced. Why would you put someone in your chair minutes before your scheduled client? As a business owner time is money and Miguel wasted my time and definitely my money. What should have been a 30 minute wait has turned into almost an hour. There is other places that I could have gone to but the location is convenient. When cutting hair it is normal to have conversations with customers but multitask at the same time. One customer may not make or break him but I'm done with him and his establishment.

This was my barber for at lease 3 years now Maybe more Never had any issues definitely recommend.

Only place I go to get my haircut. I've been going to Mike for over 10 years, great cuts, great service, very professional.
