Before visiting Level23, I had been natural with dreadlocks for seven years and, having only lived in Maryland for two years, I wasn’t familiar with any local stylists. I had a great shampoo and blow dry experience. Then my stylist, Ms. Tenease, cut my hair in a tapered cut. She styled imy natural curls and I went out the door looking fabulous! I had to change my appointment because of a schedule conflict. Ms. Tenease graciously and willingly fit me i to her schedule the next day. Every time I go, I always leave with a smile on my face and a fabulous hairdo! This is the best salon ever!
