Let’s Talk About It Spa

Hands of magic & hearts of gold I booked with Let’s Talk About It Spa about two weeks in advance, and scheduling was incredibly easy. The reminder system is perfectly timed — there’s truly no excuse to miss your appointment. We had recently lost a family member and seriously debated canceling, but my partner encouraged us to still go — and I’m so grateful we did. The spa is located inside Studio 27, a community studio space filled with local merchants. It’s super cute, welcoming, and has a great local vibe. We were a little awkward finding our way in, but one of the neighboring vendors was so kind and helpful, which immediately put us at ease. We had an amazing experience at Let’s Talk About It Spa! My husband and I both received full body massages, and it was exactly what we needed. The therapist really targeted the knots in my shoulders and back, focusing on the areas with the most tension. The session was incredibly relaxing, and the next day I could truly feel the difference, there was noticeable pressure relief in the areas she worked on. We left feeling refreshed and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience. Definitely worth a stop. I was a little confused at first with the placement of the business but found it just as well. The service was amazing, a full body couples massage. Very nice aesthetic and environment for the massages. Great masseuses. So kind. Would come again if I lived in the area.

*SCAM* The Groupon massages were great, so much so we purchased more massages. We tried to schedule them but never had any response other than the automated. We tried calling multiple numbers, texting, the chat on the site, and emailing. We initially received an email apologizing for the staffing issues, but after I asked about available dates to schedule we didn't hear back again. I guess they didn't want to Talk About It after they got our money.

I purchased a groupon and when I couldn't book a massage on their site because all the dates were grayed out, I called. I left at least 6 messages, even asking them to just text me, and no one ever responded. My initial message just said I wanted to book an appt, not that I had a groupon. They never answer their phone and don't return calls. Come to find out on groupon there are complaints because they changed their mind and decided NOT to honor any groupons. Terrible business, zero customer service. AVOID this place and use a reputable spa run by people who care about attracting and retaining customers.
