Worst manicure I've ever gotten. I grew my nails out for weeks prior to the appointment. I requested an oval shape and my healthy nails were roughly filed into crooked almonds. This photo is two days old and my nail has ripped due to the aggressive filing. The man applied the gel so far down, it looks like I've had the manicure for two weeks rather than two days. Never going back.

Wow! By far my favorite nails I’ve have gotten. Jay did his thing! Jay is very gentle and always double checks his work and makes sure you think your nails look good!

Went to get a pedicure today, as I’m due to give birth any day and wanted to relax and have pretty toes. The older lady “Kim” took me after about 20 minutes. She was doing fine then after about 20 minutes she said “oh I forgot I had an appt at 1 so I’m gonna hurry up with your pedicure so I can go” I told her to get someone else if she had to leave. I’m a paying customer and deserve the full time and attention the pedicure should take. Not just rushed because you have to leave. She rushed through the wax on my feet. Had it on less time than it took to harden. It was still liquid when she went to take it off. And rubbed each leg about 5 times then went to paint my toes. Got plain acrylic fill ins (nude, no color, no clear top coat) and they are stunning! The shaping is on point, the speed- incredible!!

I asked for the pic on the left. The pic on the right is what I got🤨 So I had them cut the nails off. If my nails looked any way similar to what I asked for I would have been satisfied. I’m not gonna pay for something I didn’t ask for when all the Tech had to say was I can’t do that!!
