This is my first haircut in the US and I recently got a haircut in great clips by Ms. Autumn and I really like how she cut my hair. 💯 !! Like she carefully ask me what I want and she got it perfectly.
3 of my boys got haircuts there yesterday. Their dad took them. They came home after their hair cut and 2 of my boys have uneven choppy cuts and hair that was clearly missed. My son gave his stylist a photo to use for his cut and he left with a bowl cut which is nowhere near what he wanted. I want their hair cuts fixed but will absolutely not be taking them back there to do it. Never going there again.
Help is always very cheerful and kind. Love the 9.99 price and wish that the company would reward those of us using the app to be reward with coupons or specials on the app and not have to search to other sites.
I went to great clips for my first time today they were very welcome in the girl that did my hair was super amazing. She listened to what I wanted and she did exactly I will be going back again.
I went in for a haircut after work. Did the online check-in which is very convenient. But man I should have waited a little bit longer. The haircut is awful. She had her notes from last haircut and asked if I wanted the 1/2 in cut off that I usually do. Yes,please. And she starts cutting. Now I can’t see well without my glasses on. My haircuts from here usually don’t take much time, this one was definitely longer and my hair was absolutely MUCH shorter than the 1/2 inch trim asked for. When I put my glasses back on to see the results 😡 I will never have this person cut my hair again and will ask for the next stylist
