I frequent this salon a lot. I get the same thing GelX each time, and they do great work. I went there this past sunday and had THE WORST set ive ever had done. I booked for a gelX refill. Because i had one broken nail, the tech convinced me to start over and get a fill set. She also said my nails were really grown out, and a refill wouldnt help. I thought that was the entire point of a refill. Anyways booked for 1:30pm and didnt leave until after 4pm. The nail tech struggled to say the least. My old gel X was not completly taken off of my nails, and because of this when she began putting on the new set of nails, they began to raise from my nail bed. Instead of taking the lifting nail completly off she filled the space between the fake nail and my natural nail with more gel. It looked abso

I wish I could give zero stars. I arrived at 5.20pm and did not leave until 9.10pm. The first technician did a very poor job and the polish was uneven, so I had to ask her to redo my nails. GOSH! I am going to do a wedding photoshoot! GOD SAVE ME! The second technician was kind and tried to help by adding extensions because my natural nails are short, but the shapes came out uneven and thick, almost 2mm thick. My friend even said they looked chunky. The last photo is what my friend did herself at home, which shows the difference in quality. This was one of the worst nail experiences I have ever had. I really hope the salon invests more in training because the skill level was not acceptable.

Alice killed it!! Showed her an inspo pic and she was very careful and took her TIME to get it right, and she did awesome!! Did not rush at all and I appreciated that. She also found all the exact colors I wanted just by looking at the photo?? Talent!! I am obsessed with them it’s exactly what I had in mind for my vacation. Prices were also very reasonable especially for the city. PS if you pay cash it’s cheaper

The customer service was good... I recently had an appendectomy and can’t bend to do my toes myself. I requested a square shape, explaining I would like it to be as flat as possible and long. I wish I had a before picture of my growth but she cut them off and I’m beyond upset. Along with the fact that they’re still barely filed to be square, the polish job itself is horrible. I hate to leave such a negative review but as someone who is only a beginner at doing their nails, I could’ve easily done a better job myself and not have WASTED my money. A nail business should know how to do nails🤷🏽‍♀️. glad I cancelled my manicure and sampled a pedicure with them first. Will be looking elsewhere in the future

I got a gel manicure and pedicure and found my tech to be very friendly and professional. The tech did accidentally knick my foot while she was exfoliating my foot, but she was very apologetic, gave me a bandaid, and did give me a discount on the service. I love my nails and would definitely go back.
