Recommended. Sonya is knowledgeable, clearly experienced, and checked in often to ensure my comfort and that her process was working for me. She takes time up front to identify issues. She recommended a change in approach from the outset, which was grt and turned out to be v helpful.

I honestly never take the time to leave reviews because of my chaotic schedule, however I felt Sonya was so deserving of a rave review. Not only did she accommodate my last minute phone call within 30 minutes, but she took the time to learn demographics etc prior to even starting. Initially, she said it would be 1/2 body work followed by a massage. I was apprehensive at first, but open to the idea as I am a former competitive dancer and gymnast with some previous back injuries. Not only did she take her time and so eloquently/intelligently explain the anatomy (appreciated this as a nurse) but her personal skills made me feel extremely comfortable.
