I had the pleasure of getting a deep tissue massage with Birth this past weekend. It was truly an unforgettable experience. He is very professional, very mindful of what you ask and what your needs are. He takes time to plan out the best possible way to give you a massage that let you feel like it’s also a therapy journey. The amount of pressure on all joints, muscle groups and ligaments were totally well calibrated. His understanding of anatomy really surprised me. I waited three days before I posted this review because I wanted to know if I truly get the benefit from the massage. As the day I am writing up this review. My body still feels great. Restored and realigned with great care. I highly recommend Birth to anyone seeking either a deep tissue or just a soft relaxing massage.
