Lenore’s Massage and Waxing Spa

After a year of working from home due to Covid I decided it was time to foil and cut my now grey shabby hair. Wanted to give the business to an independent small woman owned business. I’ve drove past Lenore’s but always had my hair done by a fancy hair styling place. Wow what a nice surprise! Lenore is the owner, colorist and stylist. My hair came out wonderfully foiled and cut exactly from a picture that I showed to Lenore for 1 second. That is from the knowledge that Lenore has from many years of experience. Thank you Lenore, I’ll be back!

My wife and I are clients for eight years. We are extremely pleased by the service (haircuts, coloring, waxing, massage, etc.) we receive and how respectfully and courteously we are treated. Lenore, the owner, has accommodated us countless times. She made time for us and even came in when the shop was closed to fit our schedules and made it so much more convenient for us. Parking is located directly behind the building. Prices are very reasonable. No other salons even come close as to how happy we are with everything we have experienced for all the years we have been clients. We give our highest recommendation for service, customer experience and value.

As you walk into Diamonds, I immediately found myself relaxed and calm, yet in a playful mood. The blue and pink decorations gave an atmosphere of party and fun, excitement, like something wonderful would happen. Lenore, the owner listened very carefully to my ideas, but she also listened to my goals and overall desires of what I would like my hair to do. She gave me a perm and cut. I was not sure what to expect, and when she started combing it out I was a bit surprised. It wasn't exactly what I asked for but it was absolutely what I wanted.

Lenore is great. She is very focused on her customers and her prices are beyond reasonable for the work she does. She helped with a hair system and boy I look like a million dollars. Thanks to Lenore. Derrick is great for shaves.

Seems nice when speaking on the phone, but the fact that she does not provide pricing on the website or over the phone is a red flag to me. You have to go inside the business and book an appointment (in-person) to know the pricing... that's crazy!
