Restorative Massage Therapy

Gwen is great! I first came in with neck and shoulder issues after trying several other massage therapists. Her technique and deep tissue massages made all the difference. Now, I come in for a 90-minute full-body massage. I always go home feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Compared to chain massage places, I know I can always schedule an appointment with Gwen, and my experience with her is more therapeutic and relaxing. She is attentive and a great listener and communicator. I highly recommend her!

I saw Gwen last night. She was gracious with her knowledge and skill set. I was seeing her for plantar fasciitis which seemed to be stemming from my hips. She really did some great therapeutic massaging there and today I wake with significantly less pain in my hips and none in my foot. Additionally, I told her I was carrying stress in my neck and shoulders ... well she really massaged that well and it was relaxing and felt good. What I didn't tell her is that I was having limited range of motion in my shoulder/arms and with her massage I have so much normal range of motion today.
