Lena's Nails & Spa

My mom and I were long time customers at Lena' Nails. Unfortunately, my last last couple of experiences there have compelled me to write this review. Recently, I got an acrylic gel x set done by John. The nails didn't even last a week and started coming off. The salon tried to fix them and I went in to get them fixed at no extra charge. While I made an appointment for the repair I had to wait almost half an hour to get helped. Another week passed by, the other nails that weren't repaired started falling off. I asked for a full refund at this point and was denied because "I didn't request within 3-4 days after initially getting them done" (which isn't posted anywhere in the salon and I was never informed of this). I really love coming here it’s always an enjoyable experience! No matter what they always deliver. The nails always last longer than some other places and issues like cracks they always do a great job of fixing it. After getting acrylic for a few months my natural nails still looked long and strong and they were able to do gel. Really appreciate the people who work here (: ty!

Got acrylics, All nails were different lengths, and shape and color was not what I asked for. Had to get color changed twice. Went back the next day to them fixed again, still gave me the wrong color and filed them way too short of a length and still made me pay for the second time. Nails are also already lifting after a week Staff is nice but have terrible skills unfortunately.

I called for a last-minute mani-pedi and got an appointment right away. The nail techs here are very friendly and always do a great job. Prices are decent too. They also offer more custom nail art. My mani-pedi was $50, and I opted to pay a bit more for the lavender-scented sugar scrub. My favorite part was the foot and lower leg massage. I will definitely be going back.
