The Chinese guy that works here will constantly follow you around the whole store making you feel uncomfortable. Will not return .

every single time i come to this store they never open in time so you waiting 15 minutes outside for them to open , if you don’t want to have a designated time to come then don’t post store hours , post open whenever i get here not 10 and then arriving at 10:30 or 11

If I could rate this place zero stars I honestly would. Since this place is so close to my house I have managed to put up with some of the employees bad attitude including the owner out of pure laziness to drive further. Also, I have always walked in there buying little things that I already knew I wanted so as long as I go in and get what I need and get out it didn't bother me. It wasn't until I recently started buying hair that I realized how terribly this business is run. All the owner seems to care about is stealing your money there is no negotiations if you're unhappy with the products. When I am going to buy something new I ask a lot of questions so I can make sure I'm not disappointed. Having explained to the owner that the product I came home with is not at all close to the product

Horrible service. Bought a product (plastic sealed) and was not informed it was final sale. Attempted to exchange (Completely sealed, unopened, perfect condition product) and was informed everything is final sale after the fact. There is not even a sign at the register. Sales person was completely unsympathetic and wouldn’t even contact a manger to make an exception. I even offered to wipe down the packaging due to Covid. Will not purchase from this store again.
