I have not stopped crying. IN 4 MONTHS!!!!!!!!!! My hair was long and amazing. Everyone always comments on my hair. Always have. NOW???? I CRY AND TRY TO LITTERALY TAKE STRAND BY SRTAND TO GET IT TO LAY DOEN!!! SHE CUT LIKE 6-8 INCHES OFF!!! AND it WONT LAY FLAT ANYWHERE!! SHE TOOK ALL THE WEIGHT!!!!!!!! AND GAVE ME A NEW STYLE TOTALLY. DIDNT EVEN MENTION IT. SHE RUINED MY LIFE . IT looked great when I left. As per the blowout... But She gave me a style the first of all I didn't want,, didn't tell me . Didn't tell me how to style didn't say nothing !! If you know me... You know how bad this is. It takes days to figure out how to get it to lay flat. By then I gotta wash again. They asked me to come in to fix... But there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING THEY COULD DO BUT MAKE IT WORSE. I NEVER do this

She gave my mother a crew cut!!! It’s the worst haircut I have ever seen!!! It is awful! Don’t ever go there unless you want to cry!!! Stay away from the lemon tree salon!!!!!!

Victoria cut nearly 7 inches of my hair off as a “trim”. Not only did she take more hair than the 3” that was requested, she did a very poor job. It’s very choppy, jagged and looks like the 5 yr old I babysit can do better. You really just hire any body huh? I have always had anxiety about going to get my hair cut for this very reason. Granted, my hair was not the healthiest it could be, but she could have respected my wishes of only cutting 3” off as opposed to whatever she felt was necessary or best. Her judgement is poor and frankly so are her skills. I have pictures of my hair before and after my appointment attached (See for yourselves). Carbon copy of Riley Jacobsen's story a year ago. She butchered my hair. I asked for 4 inches and she took a lot more than that. I loved my long hair, people loved my long hair, and it was part of my identity. Now I feel lost. I'm so distraught. It'll take a year to get my hair back to where it was. I've lost so much self-confidence from this. I knew this was a cheap place but I read the reviews and only saw 1 bad one so I thought I was safe. Do yourself a huge favor, spend the extra money, it's worth it. If you don't care bout your hair and want a cheap cut, this place will do. If you do care about your hair you should definitely not go here. I wish so much I trusted my gut and went to the more expensive place, I hope you read this and it helps prevent you the pain I am feeling now. The
