What a fabulous experience. Nancy is so knowledgeable about hair types and products needed to make your hair the best that it can be. I have gone to stylists in Houston, Dallas and Tyler but have never experienced one that has as much information to share about what my hair actually needed and she is right here in little ole Palestine. And her prices are unbelievable. So don’t think that you have to go to a big city to find a great stylist…..just go see Nancy!

Nancy is a wonderful hairstylist, as she changed my mess of a hair situation into something very healthy and manageable. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and why it needed to be done, along with explaining her choice of hair products. On a very fortunate note she also found my tiny diamond earring days later. She is very friendly, down to earth and a professional ;-) Many thanks and may you continue to share your knowledge!

I am looking for a new salon in Palestine. Since you can’t make an online appointment, I tried calling. When I didn’t get an answer I decided to send a text to ask about making an appointment. I thought that was an acceptable thing to do, but she didn’t seem to think so. It was just a strange interaction to have with a business. If you have the time to respond about who I am, then you have time to say “no” or “I prefer calls” or even “I’m not taking any new clients.” Instead she just left it on read. I made another attempt to call, but no answer and no return call.
