This used to be a great store with amazing customer service. Today i took my daughter in the store and was 1st treated like a criminal, 2nd the man was very short tempered with us. Although they did not have the correct fit he blantantly told me we could not try on anything else because he obviously doesnt have her size. Also he accused her of putting a stain on a dress that she already awknoledged with us and which he heard was there. This place just lost my buisness and every other person who asks about dresses will never be sent here again.

I just left this store and let me tell you the guy on the register was RUDE AF🤬 ! I just wanted to get 3 bundles and a closure. All the decent hair was behind the counter. So I’m having to ask him to open up the hair so I can see and I can tell he was getting frustrated about it . The lady sue there was the SWEETEST lady ever . She was trying to help us out even offering us deals . This was my very first and LAST TIME GOING TO THIS PLACE 🤬 AND EVERYTHING IS OVERPRICED PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION you have been warned 🥵🥵🥵

I was passing through and needed to get some hair accessories for my braids. The owner was so nice and helpful. He recommended several places for me to take my children while traveling to Nacogdoches

Huge selection. The salesman was surprizingly knowledgeable about ethnic hair products.really helpful and friendly.
