Alexis did my laser, and she was absolutely amazing. Very kind, funny and accommodating as well as those in the front desk. They are a very warm bunch, who definitely make you feel welcomed as a friend. I really do recommend coming here for cosmetics, as they value professionalism and hospitality. Absolutely loved my experience here.

I’ve spent a lot of money and other places, and the prices here are great! I feel completely respected, loved, and comfortable as a queer/trans person, and able to get vulnerable. Less pain in their laser removal than other places. I recommend the vitamin infusion as well.

I’ve had four laser hair removal appointments at this location for gender-affirming care, and both experiences were disappointing. The treatment room appeared dirty/not well maintained, which raised concerns about basic cleanliness. I also did not receive standard pre-care or aftercare, no cleansing of the area beforehand and no soothing gel/aloe afterward. In addition, I was not offered a sheet/drape for coverage, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. I worked with two different technicians, and both seemed rushed and disengaged. Regardless of whether a service is paid for by insurance or out of pocket, patients should be treated with the same level of care and respect. I hope management addresses cleanliness, privacy/draping, and consistent pre- and post-care protocols.

Shetara is a really big help. A the hole staff mad me feel welcome to come back a get more things dun my hole experience was a 10 out of 10. I do recommend.

This place is amazing I have recently had lipo 360 and the way these ladies made me feel so at home and safe and secure they are welcoming great vibes extremely clean office monet did my massage personally and she did an Amazing job to be sure I was comfortable and satisfied.Lex was a total bombshell she helped me none stop from the time I walked in until I walked out very informative girl and sweet.Shatera the consultant is amazing I wanted to let her know I was trans and she reassured me she doesn’t see trans im her sister and we are all one I couldn’t have asked for a better staff please keep these ladies they are amazing they made my day so much better ❤️❤️❤️❤️
