Terrible owner/management. After spending $80 (I have never spent less than $50 on a trip to this establishment) here on 9/19 I got home (35 minutes away) to realize a pair of earrings ( 4.99) only had 1 of the pair. While being out today I decided to go by and see if I could swap them out as I have literally spent THOUSANDS of dollars at this store over the years The older man at the counter gave me the biggest hassle ever it started with "we don't have it," followed by long periods of silence while he stared at me and grimaced, he informed me a couple of times "never again can you exchange, and you should have checked (to which I agreed)" He was correct NEVER AGAIN. There are PLENTY of beauty suppliers with a better selection within 20 mins of this location. I will never patronize a b

Friendly and helpful staff, most of the time they can tell you where items are in the store. There are a lot of hair products and beauty supplies at this location, but when I'm in the area, I always stock up on edgebooster reasonable pricing

Extremely good service, loved the selection provided at this store. Would recommend over any other store in the greater Wilmington Area.

If I could give 0 I would. I was here with my mom and toddler to get a specific product, and we noticed while we were looking at the products the man was staring at us at the end of the aisle for at least 2min without saying a word, he then walked up to my mom who was holding my toddler and tried to take my toddler out her ARMS. This caught us completely off guard; he was also making inappropriate comments towards her like "Oh you're so sleepy come take a nap with me." That was disgusting and very uncomfortable I will never go back, it took a lot for me not to cuss him out but he did not seem all the way together to begin with so I just uncomfortably laughed my way out of the store with my family being we were the only customers in there at the time.

I purchased my 1st human hair wig from here.The young lady was very helpful in giving me suggestions. I wasn't sure what I wanted, but she was VERY patient.
