Leisure Time Family Massage

The room was spotless and very comfortable. I’ve been exhausted from work lately, but I felt completely relaxed here — especially my back! Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

The lady who greets you, Doesn't greet you well enough. They show no customer service. I will be telling people not to go here. They deserve to be treated better. They spoke bad behind your back. She took my money told me to change, I didn't trust to get my money back so I didn't change until she came back that is not how you exchange service. Beware this place is not for customer appreciation.

The decor is nice and room was clean and private. The room I was in was right at the front, so lots of road noise from Brea Blvd. The staff was pleasant and polite. I'm not a big talker, so no conversation was fine with me Price list on the "website" is NOT accurate. Coupon offered on the "website" is NOT valid. Yes, they did ask for payment up front, but I was not asked to tip first. I was given the chance to tip after the service. Time was a little short, but the massage was very nice for my purposes...relaxation. Overall a good value for the price, which is still less than any other place in town.

The massage was ok, but the customer service is terrible. They demand tips, infact the lady at the front wouldn't hand me my card back until I gave a tip. This is not service I expect. Why should have to tip you, I decide if the service was good enough to tip, not you.

Went here for years but now it is under new ownership. I was told, not asked, to pay first. The massage therapist answered the phone and continued her conversation for at least 5 minutes while pinching my legs with one hand. She was unnecessarily rough and I was sore for a few days after. I would not recommend this place
