I’ve fairly new to the area and wanted to find a place that did eyebrow threading. There are basically no choices in State College except for Leila’s. I had a great experience. Leila threaded my eyebrows and did a fantastic job. I didn’t need an appt and had no wait time. She was very friendly and did a great job. Prices are not bad either. $17 for eyebrow threading.

I have been going to see Leila for all of my hair needs for several years now! Leila always goes above and beyond to make your hair dreams come true! Leila is kind, caring, and professional! The environment is always so relaxed, which is greatly appreciated. I recommend Leila to any local family/friends looking for a new salon! Thank you, Leila!

Went in for a basic trim and to get my hair re-layered. The hair dresser did a great job! One suggestion I do have is, if your client has curly hair just ask if they want it blowed out before going ahead with the blow dryer. Some of us just like getting the trim and keeping the hair curly instead of straightening it, so a little bit of scrunching and gel would have been fine!

First off, I never make these things because I get that people have different experiences and all that and I understand things get lost in translation but…. I went to get my eyebrows done today after not having them done for almost two years (because they NEVER LISTEN, like today). They were nice and thick and had a nice shape, they just needed cleaned up; I told her I get nervous because people over-do them. I also told her I have little scars over both eyebrows (and showed her where they were) so please keep the hair long enough to cover them. She showed me the mirror when she finished and I was absolutely horrified and I know she saw it in my face. “I kept them still thick, just lined them up a bit.” I don’t know if she knows what the word thick means.
