Lee Spa Nails

This is a new business that's only been in operation for 5 months. The owner, Kelly, is a very talented and friendly nail tech that had been working at another salon I had gone to for a good while in High Point. When I found out she'd opened her own place, I tracked her down because she's wonderful! The salon is very neat and clean. They are still wanting to do more with the decor like chandeliers and such, but will need to do that as they're able. But in the meantime, it's a beautiful, open and airy salon. Prices are good and Kelly really cares about pleasing her customers. She cares about the work she does and works hard. I had SNS done and also got my eyebrows tinted for the first time. This place glued my wife's nails on so tight that the glue broke my wife's nails and feet nail start bleeding and the owner did not care about how my wife felt. We kept calling the shop and they kept making excuses not willing to refund money back for my wife pain and suffering. The people people worried about getting sued. We recommend you don't get your nails done here at all cautious they all about making a dollar sad. Unprofessional

Hillary is amazing I have been with her since the beginning of her nail journey. She is efficient and gives you what you ask for and more. She is also great with my daughter, very patient and respectful of her small hands and making sure she doesn’t hurt her. Thank you for always meeting our expectations!!!!

The lady was very nice but the nails are not it. I asked for blue with designs and this is what I got, she left a mess on my fingers, the nails are thick, bumpy, and are shaped like a paint brush. UNACCEPTABLE

Why is the gel polish gone from my niece nails after 2days? Is the polish old? I will not be returning to this salon ever again. The polish selection is trash. They did redo the nails although I really wanted a refund. . They didn't follow anything on that flyer. We wore our mask, she picked out her polish and sat down. I had my hand sanitizer on deck. They are not taking extra precautions during the Covid.
