My regular lady was booked up, and I needed an appointment quickly. I decided to give this salon a try today as the reviews were good, and I just needed a gel manicure on my real nails. It was a very clean place, and the music and TV playing shows was nice. However, the gentleman that did my nails did not do a good job 😢 Also, he never spoke to me and just seemed irritated that I was there. He did ask if my shape was ok after he filed, which it was, but after that nothing. When he was done I said “thank you” and he ignored me and said nothing. When I got home I noticed two fingers hurt. I looked and he cut into my thumb and middle finger so bad it was irritated and I may have to go to the doctor. The gel is not on my nail correctly and peeling off, and there are black specks on my nails. I

I’ve gone here many times over the last few years and have never had any problems until this last time I went, November 30, 2025. I get a fresh pedicure every month, but this time, my nail tech just was digging and tearing at my cuticle till the point of bleeding. She didn’t apologize or anything, didn’t put any sort of antiseptic on it. Just tried to stop the bleeding with a cotton ball. Yeah, it got infected. I couldn’t walk, putting socks on hurt. Guess it’s time to give this place up.

I don’t really don’t post many reviews. But I really felt I just needed to make others aware. I am pretty disappointed with my service yesterday. I have been coming here pretty regularly due to the proximity to where I live for convenience. I usually get acrylics and then pedicures as some bonding time with my daughter. I would say my acrylics usually turn out great and overall have been happy with them as I usually do no design only a basic color as it doesn’t seem designs can be done by many there but that is completely fine. I came in to get a pedicure for myself and my daughter and then a fill in for myself. Needless to say I never left the pedicure chair. I’ve been coming here for 3 years and absolutely love their service. I don’t feel rushed like I do at the other salons in the area. The techs pay attention to detail when doing pedicure and take their time with the massage. Everyone is super friendly and the atmosphere is inviting.

Before coming here ask yourself how you would feel if you asked for a manicure, square-round, with CLEAR builder gel and ended up with this mess. After complaining they said I could come back for them to fix it whenever I was free (didn’t mention a time limit after I told them how busy I was) and gave me a discount. Chloe gave me her card and said when I was ready to call her and she will fix it personally. Well, when I called (it was the next week but hadn’t been a full week yet) she said she never told me I could come back and that’s why they gave me a discount. I told her that she definitely said I could come back and even mentioned the card she gave me with her phone number on it. She said, oh….weeellll it’s too late now!
