My pedicure was okay but my nails are actually terrible. The worst I've ever had. Uneven application. You can see the strokes of the brush. I could have done a better job at home. One of my toenails is not completely polished. Looks like I have a broken nail. Very disappointed 🙁

Highly disappointed I wanted French tip and settled for this . I’ve been twice and both times they were very rough and one may ask why I went back the answer is it’s local .. & convenient I didn’t think they’d give bad service both times. The lady gave different prices when I asked to get three nails fixed and the rest filled and her vibe was very very off the whole time she rushed through my whole set. Maybe if you’re elderly and don’t care for shaping or design it’s okay but overall 3/10. I even went to pay and she had a problem with split payment and told me “never do that again”

I’m honestly very disappointed with my recent nail experience. I had high expectations, but unfortunately, the quality of the work was not what I hoped for. The shape and finish were uneven, and the polish didn’t look clean or professional. I mentioned my concerns during the appointment, but they weren’t addressed properly. For the price I paid, I expected much better service and attention to detail. I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this place based on my experience.

I am highly disappointed with the manicure I received from Cindy. She was very rough and rushed the entire process. There was no cuticle care, there was no moisturizing and exfoliating and no massaging of the hands! When I asked for lotion I was told to do it myself.

I was a walk in and they took me right back. The pedicure itself was ok but the nails were not properly cleaned leaving excess skin, the polish itself was not done very well, lots of missing spots, my grandkids could have done better. Felt like I was intruding on her time. Doubt I will be back. Shame because they used to do a great job.
