Joy is amazing! I can't praise her enough for my haircut and experience. I booked a haircut, and we did a nice thorough consultation up front on what I was looking for. She walked me through my inspiration pic, my hair texture, and my lifestyle before we got to cutting. I also asked her for a product consult during the session and that was wonderful as well. She asked me about my current routine and walked me through not only products, but hair care tips to fit my lifestyle and needs. Especially as a postpartum mom, she helped me learn how my hair has changed, and overall encouraged me on the unique journey of women's health and hair. I couldn’t be happier with my hair. The blonde is beautifully toned — bright yet soft, with gorgeous dimension. The cut adds movement and frames my face perfectly while keeping the length I wanted. Joy truly listened to what I was looking for and delivered beyond expectations. I left feeling confident and refreshed. Highly recommend!

I've never had such a thorough and in depth consultation before a haircut. I loved how Joy made sure we found a style that suited my lifestyle, and walked me through new hair care methods for my hair type, offered product advice, and the best part is she didn't make me feel rushed (especially since I wasn't too sure what exactly I wanted before sitting in her chair). Absolutely amazing! I was so nervous because I hadn't had my hair touched by anyone but me in a little over ten years and Joy made it such a wonderful experience. Absolutely the best hair cut of my life as well, highly recommend for curly girls!! She knew how to give me the exact vision I had in my head of what I wanted.
