LEE NAILS SPA

Lee is very unprofessional. I had gelx nails done one day before Christmas, and my nails broke shortly after. I returned to have them fixed and explained the nail broke at the end. He insisted that I broke it myself and was very rude in the way he spoke to me. He repaired the nail but then charged me $15 without informing me of this fee beforehand. His tone was extremely disrespectful, repeatedly saying, “You broke it, you must pay.” To avoid further conflict, I paid and left, but the entire experience was very unpleasant. In addition to the poor customer service, the sanitation practices are concerning. He used nail nippers on me and placed them back into the drawer without cleaning or disinfecting them. This was so bad it was actually hilarious. Got there with my friend around an hour before closing, we wanted to do our nails and toes. We asked if we’d be able to get both done since it was an hour to close. They said yes, it was fine (we were prepared to come back in the morning). Our nails started around 7: 30 PM, right when they closed and they were complaining about wanting to go home and were asking other nail techs who were about to leave if they wanted to take over, as though we were a bother. I’m not a too-serious person, so it was hilarious to me. I won’t even get into how horribly the nails came out after repeatedly asking him to fix this completely hideous, sloppy work. stopped in for a quick polish change and they were super fast about it. the shop is clean and they use those sanitized tool bags which i always look for. definitely coming back for a full set next time

I have been coming here for a while. The customer service is usually pretty good. However, they have new staff there and no one speaks English besides Lee and his wife. They had no idea what I was saying and provided poor quality and customer service. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and this is what I got. Also, my toes are horrible. I asked for a fill and received something totally different. More so, the guy Eric who initially greeted me was very rude and decided not to help me because he got frustrated due to the lack of him understanding English.

Not good quality nails do not do gel X with them when you try to speak to them about your nails they get an attitude and don’t realize people spent a lot of money very unprofessional. Do not go to the salon. Find somebody else.
