This is my first time coming to this beauty supply store. I want to make sure that Yasmine is acknowledged for being attentive and informative. She have excelled in her customer service care. I have been to plenty of beauty supply stores and have not been acknowledged. But that was not the case with Yasmin. She has definitely made an impact, I can now say I have a home beauty supply store and I can guarantee my business .

My daughter purchased what was represented as a human hair wig from this store, but it was later discovered to be synthetic. Unfortunately, this wasn’t identified until the night before her 8:00 a.m. hair appointment on 12/23, when her stylist informed her that the wig could not be used or styled. Because this happened after business hours, my daughter immediately reached out to the store via Instagram DM but received no response. She then went to the store before opening the morning of 12/23 in an attempt to resolve the issue in time for her appointment. The store associate on duty was polite and tried to help, but stated that no manager was present and she did not have the authority to make decisions. Yasmin was extremely helpful from the moment I walked into the store. She gave me exactly what I needed and more! She was knowledgeable and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised as I just happened to stumble upon the location while in a rush to find something for my husband. I’ll definitely be back!

I really like the fact that there are kind and polite women working here. Such as Nish, she always make the shopping experience smooth and pleasant for me. She definitely deserves a raise❗️
