Best place in the world to get your nails done. Amazing service and felt truly cared for by the staff. My friend found the perfect silver chrome she had been wanting for months to find here and the staff made sure it turned out perfect. My nail tech even went out of his way to help her even though she was not his client. This was an excellent display of dedication to quality. Everyone went out of their way to ensure quality and comfort. From the shaping, to the endless color options, to the phenomenal communication this place had it all. Super affordable and absolutely incredible, would travel hours just for this service. Additionally, we couldn’t help but stare at our nails in sheer gratification and delight afterwards!!

The worst experience i ever had he was taking off my old set and broke nail all the though. I kept telling him he was hurting me and he kept telling me to relax

My daughter went to Lee nails today and it was a horrible experience. First they made her pay before her nails were done and asked her how much she was tipping. She showed them a picture of what she wanted and they said they could do it. Picture one was what they gave her and picture two is what she wanted. I went to Lee nails and asked them to fix her nails or give us a refund and they told us they would not do either. We went across the street to Eva nails. They did an amazing job (picture 2). Which was exactly what she wanted. Please don’t waste your money here.

Nail tech Lee rushed through my set and cut several of my fingers and attempted to get me to pick a color/design she wanted instead of stating she couldn’t complete a thick French tip design . I just left w/no color . My pedicure was awesome tho . (Would only come if can only be serviced by the black nail techs; MARIE DID AN AMAZING JOB on my daughter’s nails ) The energy of the older nail techs/employees is worth NEVER visiting them again honestly. The work isnt worth it at all!

This is by far the absolute worst experience anyone could offer or could receive! To sum things up I’m beyond disappointed. The pictures above are those of a full set of acrylic nails that began to come off 3 days after I received them in the shower!! So…. If their product/service was inferior it would have been nice for my tech to state, This is a 3-4 day job and you will not be eligible for a fill in! I called the salon with my complaint and I was completely disrespected by by the woman that answers the phone! She attempted to make it as if I wanted a free service after paying $55 just days prior. She arguably went into “”You pay again, if you want fix!” “No money back we fix, you pay!” How about I just don’t come back! The city of Munster health officials need to come and invest
