Let’s talk about the R&B slow flow yoga class. It’s held every Tuesday at 7:30 pm for an hour. During the class, you’ll be guided through various poses while doing control movements and listening to low-playing R&B tunes in the background. The instructor, Amir, is a young and beautiful woman who leads us through the poses. The class is amazing, and it’s now my new Tuesday evening routine. The studio itself is cozy and welcoming, making it a great place to unwind and connect with yourself. You must check out not only the class but also the studio itself!

Out of all the health and wellness experiences I’ve tried over the years, my craniosacral therapy session was by far one of the most integrative and impactful. I love a deep tissue massage, and this felt like its feminine counterpart—subtle yet incredibly powerful. The wellness room itself was an immediate escape from the cold, gray morning I had just stepped in from. Fran was deeply intuitive and had me silently crying within the first five minutes. She seemed to know exactly where I needed light wave manipulation, gentle fascial release, and moments of deeper, focused pressure. The session provided a cathartic release I didn’t realize I needed. I highly recommend this experience to anyone dealing with chronic stress, overall stiffness, or stored emotions that need a safe and supportive

Overall great experience with the Hips, Pelvic Floor and Back Yoga class. The atmosphere into peaceful, soothing and relaxing. The interdiction Maureen is such an awesome vibe. I’ll definitely do it again and as often as I can! 😊😊😊😊😊

A big shout out to Rey & Fran Candelaria and Shanti Wellness Center. I had fallen and injured my right leg which was black and blue from the knee down to my toes. Rey gave me a one month intro and I attended two beginner yoga sessions to work on my leg. The swelling and color started going away immediately! Thank you! You guys are the best!

Awesome vinyasa yin and sound bath with Fran this morning! Definitely felt welcomed and appreciated as a new client which means a LOT. Their space is warm and inviting with a lot of natural light and heated floors. Take advantage of their deals for new clients and packages. I did!
